1. Is this bullet smoothie blender dishwasher safe?

Yes, the cup/mug are dishwasher dishwasher （top rack only）

2. Can this personal blender crush ice cubes/frozen fruits?

Yes.But always remember to add enough liquid for the best blending result. Also better to use pulse blending function, that’s pressing down the cup intermittently to crush.

3. Should I remove the white sticker inside the motor base?

No, just leave it there, it will not effect using the blender.

4. My blender stops working during use.

This single serve blender has overheating protection, which will stop working automatically as self protection when the blender has been continuously working for too long time or blending with the ingredients overloaded. In such case, please rest the motor for about 30-60 minutes for recovery.
